ERC-1155
ERC-1155 is a multi-token standard letting one contract hold fungible and non-fungible tokens and move several assets in a single batch transfer.
ERC-1155 is a multi-token standard that lets a single smart contract manage both fungible and non-fungible tokens at once. Instead of deploying a separate contract for every asset, a project defines many token IDs inside one contract, and each ID can have a supply of one, making it unique, or many identical copies, making it semi-fungible. The standard also supports batch transfers, so several assets move in a single transaction, which lowers gas costs compared with sending them one by one. This design became popular in blockchain gaming and ticketing, where a single collection may hold in-game currency, consumable items and unique rewards side by side. Like any standard, it defines mechanics only and says nothing about the value of what is issued.
